Friends laughed when I joined my networking business ... but they aren't laughing any more!
Hi, I'm Cheryl. When I joined my networking business a year and a half ago things didn't start out well. Up until about 2 months ago when I found GrowthPro I had only recruited 3 or 4 people and nothing seemed to be working. My friends were starting to laugh and would chide me by asking "how much money are you making now?" I was frustrated and needed help. That's when I found GrowthPro and things have completely changed!
I knew I needed help so I got on the Success Coaching plan -- I wanted not only the tools but also the personal support and coaching to be successful. Probably the best way to explain how the coaching and tools have turned my business around, let me walk you through a sample day of mine...
Generating FREE leads all day long...
Each morning before going to work I log into my GrowthPro system and print off my calendar for the day. This keeps me organized during the day by telling me the appointments I have and prospects to follow up on.
Then I hop in my car and drive 20 minutes to work. Every day or two my cell phone rings on the way to work and it's my Sizzle Line® telling me I just received a new message. When I listen to it it's a new lead who called my Sizzle Line -- typically someone driving behind me who saw the sign on my rear window and wants me to call them back. When that happens I think, "Wow! This is neat -- another lead simply by driving to work!"
I frequently stop for gas or pick up items at the store and when I do I put out flyers or advertising cards for my business. Ultimately that generates even more leads through my Sizzle Line.
Several times a week I also go online and post free ads on various websites. These are ads I got from GrowthPro that direct people to my Sizzle Line Site (a special site that lets you advertise online). I've been doing this about a month now and I'm getting 2 or 3 leads a day (and sometimes as many as 10 leads a day) -- and it’s FREE, costing me nothing more than a few minutes of my time!
Also, while at work my cell phone usually rings several more times during the day from other things I've done letting me know more leads have called my Sizzle Line. Think of it -- I’m actually getting leads for my business while working at my job. It doesn’t get any better than that!

The "3 Step System" message gets leads asking me for appointments ... and I'm reminded when appointments come due. Wow!
During lunch I follow up on as many of the leads as possible. For those I reach I use a special "bridge" message GrowthPro developed. I three-way them into it and it gives a powerful, consistent presentation about how to make money with my business. After listening to it 80% of the leads ask me for an appointment to learn more -- I never had that happen before! It's the simplest thing I've ever done to set appointments!
When I get home I take the notes from my calls during the day and enter them into the contact manager that comes with the system. This has eliminated the paper I used to keep up with managing my prospects. I no longer have paper everywhere and I can find anyone at the click of a button and know exactly what I talked about by reviewing the notes. Not only that, but it's simplified my life in that each day all I do is print a single sheet with my daily appointments and call-backs for the day, and that's it!
Whenever I have appointments I get an email and a cell phone text message reminding me it's coming up in a few minutes. I check my calendar and think, "Oh yeah! I have a presentation with Sue now!" The system ensures that nothing slips through the cracks any more -- even reminding me of appointments!
I'm even recruiting prospects who told me "not interested now"...
Something really neat happened the other day. Any time a lead visits my GrowthPro site I get an email that tells me who visited and when. I can also check details and see the pages they saw and how long they stayed. Think of the power that gives me in knowing who's actually going to my site and where they go when they get there. Here is the really cool part: four days ago I got an email that said John Buchanan visited my website. The name was familiar but the details escaped me. So I clicked his name in my contact manager and realized, "Voila! I remember John now! I talked to him two months ago." I showed him my business but he wasn't ready at the time. I simply told him I'd keep in touch with an email now and then and added him to my email autoresponders.
As it turns out he clicked the link in one of those emails and revisited my site! He stayed 20 minutes -- watched two of the movies and read all four pages. I figured he must be interested so I called, we set an appointment and he signed up! Using GrowthPro's coaching on "getting new recruits started fast" we approached his friends in a special way and I now have appointments with two of them tomorrow!
I never would have recruited John if I didn't have this system because I wouldn't have known he was ready. It was the automatic emails that kept him interested and brought him back when he was ready!
From "dud" to "stud" in 2 months with the Success Coaching...
Finally, one of the biggest benefits I've received is the incredible coaching! Before starting with GrowthPro I did not know what I was doing ... and nothing was working. All of that changed, though, when I plugged into the Success Coaching program. Every week I join a special coaching call that's sort of like a mini university on network marketing. I download note sheets and take notes, ask questions and listen to others. Then I go and apply what I've learned, and come back the next week and get additional help. But the coaching program is more extensive than just a set of coaching calls. It's the most unbelievable program I've ever seen!
In addition to the coaching calls, they also sent me a set of training CDs I listen to every day while driving. These help me master the basics of what I'm learning in the coaching calls. Then, every other day, I get what I call a "training nugget" voicemail message that keeps me focused again on key basics I keep forgetting. Anytime I have a question on anything -- from how to handle a prospect to getting a team member moving faster -- I pick up the phone and send a message to my coach through my voicemail and my coach answers me back personally. And then there's the fabulous online training center where I get additional help as I need it. More than the tools it's this coaching that has turned my business around!
For a year and a half I recruited only 3 or 4 people. Now, in 2 months with this system and amazing coaching, I've already recruited 7 people, I have 15 others "thinking" about it, and have about 12 more leads I haven't even had time to follow up with.
